The dahlias have been picked through and arranged in a couple of vases. I’m really pleased with the production this year.

My dahlias are still producing a ton of flowers. We are really enjoying them this year. One of them is about 7ft/2m. It’s raining/drizzle off and on today and I thought my cell phone did a decent job catching some of the water droplets on the flowers.

I’ve seen some reviews that the new Avalanches album isn’t as good as the first. That’s true to some extent but Subways kept me rocking through some Excel drudgery this evening.

No sign of my shasta daisies yet, but the dahlias are still putting on a show. The hydrangeas bloomed while we were camping so I didn’t bother to take a photo of them, past their peak.
