Beginnings: Happy New Year
One of my wife’s orchids is about to bloom. This one has a habit of dropping buds before blooming. Let’s hope that it puts on a good show. Similarly, here’s to 2014 putting on a good show for you and your family.

I have a cymbidium blooming now as well. Healthy looking buds, I can see no reason for them to drop the buds. Enjoy them & Happy New Year!

my orchid, I got for Christmas last year (a white one with very small flowers), is about to bloom soon too – maybe a week or too =)
had a pause of about 3 months were it looked nearly dead with no buds at all after flowering all the time………….
