    Enjoying the in-laws, Chad Haney ? Hope there’s lots of good food. I’m working on a new food blog 🙂 Stuffed baby brinjals, and Alu Saag (potatoes with spinach).

    It’s eggplant made in a southern (Hyderabadi) style with cashew-coconut sauce. I just realized that its vegan as well.
