What’s the temp there, Terry McNeil? It’s been around 2 °C in the mornings here, with a high around 12 °C.

Anna Robertson Davis, I’ve been busy like a bee but have not seen any bees yet. Have you seen an occasional G+ friend lately? I assume you see ACB frequently.

I’ll take 20C-ish. Sometimes it’s sunny here but the air temp or wind is too cold to not wear a jacket.

Cold & foggy mornings that change to sunny 20℃ by lunchtime. Spring has truly sprung. Although rain is forecast for the wknd. The garden is having some nice surprise deliveries in the shape of spring bulbs. I saw two blackbirds ‘at it’ on top of the shed at 05:50am today.

Has the frost managed to kill anything in your garden?

Knock on wood, Nikki C. The frost hasn’t really materialized. It was snowing in Rochester, MN when I left on Tuesday. Sunday was nice no-jacket weather. Then Monday and Tuesday the temperature dropped. It wasn’t any warmer at home in Chicago.

Thanks Peter Lindelauf. My forsythia is kind of sad. I think I need to fertilize it like crazy.

nice pics, love the yellow stuff! here it’s been definitely springlike, lots of flowers out, and even warm sunshine (though today it seems to have gone into hiding). yesterday I was out without a coat! (I think yesterday was 16C, which is not bad for April in England.)

Beautiful flowers :).  We have some bluster, sunshine some days, then rain and wind at times, still cold at night.
